The new pricing model introduces a platform fee, while the user price remains unchanged.
New pricing model:
- Platform fee: 500 SEK per month per Business Central production environment where Swebase is active
- User price: 59 SEK per user per month (unchanged)
The platform fee is the only new pricing element.
Background to the price adjustment
The pricing for Swebase has remained unchanged since 2018 and has not been adjusted in line with increased operating and maintenance costs. Many customers today use multiple Business Central environments, for example for Sweden and Norway. Each environment requires ongoing operation and support, which is now reflected more clearly in the pricing model.
The updated pricing is also more closely aligned with Microsoft’s own model, where each Business Central environment is managed and licensed separately.
Since Swebase became part of Aritma, investments have been made in product development, infrastructure, and support to ensure a stable and long-term solution. As part of this, Aritma Finance Manager is offered – a fully integrated bank and payment solution for Business Central.
