Finance Manager is developed to simplify the management of payments and bookkeeping directly in Business Central. The solution eliminates the need for manual file handling and separate bank portals and makes it possible to work with payments where financial operations already take place.
Payments directly in Business Central
With Finance Manager, payments are created, managed, and approved directly in Business Central. This provides a more unified payment flow and reduces manual steps in daily financial operations.
The solution supports clear approval steps and permissions, with traceability throughout the entire payment process.
Automated bookkeeping and bank overview
Finance Manager handles both outgoing and incoming payments and automates matching and posting where possible. The bookkeeping is continuously updated, with current balance information available directly in Business Central. This reduces the need for manual bank reconciliation and provides a consolidated overview of bank transactions.
Quick implementation
Finance Manager is developed for fast implementation and does not require extensive onboarding work. The solution works with Business Central Essentials and Premium and can be ready to use within a short timeframe.

For a limited period, reduced pricing on Finance Manager is available to existing Swebase customers. The offer applies to registrations of interest submitted before May.
